Lunch and Learn has been a great success for Onefoursix in Northampton. We’ve now run over 10 sessions, covering all manner of topics, ranging from social media content to getting more from your website. It seemed like a natural progression to test the boundaries and branch further afield with our take on marketing lunches.
We decided to launch a group in Bedford as we’re well connected with local businesswoman, Sarah Clarke. Sarah manages the 44 Harper Street business hub – a lively, thriving business café – which seemed like the perfect venue. And by pulling collective resources together, we knew we’d be able to get something off the ground. And so on 28th June, we ran our first session, going back to square one, where it all began, with our first Lunch and Learn session: An introduction to online marketing. It was great fun to go back to the very start and think how we can improve the first session we ran. We welcomed business owners from a range of sectors; an accountant, a financial adviser, a creative designer, a virtual PA and an author. The feedback we received was fantastic and we can’t wait to run our next session in July!
