Who is the client
Simply Furniture is a Northampton furniture outlet offering a fantastic range of homeware, decor, living, outdoor and dining room furniture. Based on the Round Spinney Industrial Park, they have a large warehouse showroom which benefits from a fantastic array of furniture from top named high-street brands.
We have worked with this Northamptonshire furniture store for the last few years and we’re pleased to see the growth they have achieved in their social media marketing.
What was their requirement
The original call to action was to move customers to visit the store in order to look around. This has always been successful and with targeted campaigns, we’ve emphasised the location, showroom size and variation of products.
With the Coronavirus outbreak, the store had closed to the public so we worked to move the business online within a matter of days. This meant the social media messages needed to be sales driven for their new online e-commerce website.
What was our solution?
We work to produce regular daily and weekly social media content that drives traffic to the store and website. We have targeted locally in Northamptonshire within set radiuses and specific interests of the audience. The artwork and formatting is key to achieving a sales driven result and allows our client to finalise sales either on social media or through the website.
By pushing the sales agenda through social media, they have been able to continue to operate and sell during the lockdown which has been fantastic for their business.
