Who are the client
Northamptonshire Healthcare Foundation Trust (NHFT) deliver more than 100 services across Northamptonshire including mental health, sexual health, community nursing, physiotherapy and much more. The Talking Therapies team support individuals across the county who are suffering from anxiety and other lapses in mental health.
What was their requirement
The communications team approached us with the need to reach out to the local community with messages around mental health. Their mental health department called Talking Therapy’s wanted to provide support for those who may be suffering with mental health particularly over the Christmas period but in all other months as well.
They were looking to target people with a negative mental health to put a message in front of them to say there is a service here that can help you if you’re struggling with anxiety, low mood or OCD. The aim was to encourage people to sign up to different webinars to provide them possible solutions around mental health.
What was our solution?
Our social ads team put a plan in place to create a series of social media ad campaigns to target people who we felt would benefit from the kind of service.
It is quite hard to target people with mental health so we had to research the demographics people would suffer from mental health. We built a persona for someone who might feel self inclusive and excluded from events over the Christmas period.
We then targeted users with social media and Google Ads to try and get them to sign up for webinars. We also created some key brand awareness ads to get the message in front of as many people as possible throughout the festive period.
