Taking an insta-worthy picture can be difficult; however, by using this guide you will be able to create the perfect picture. This guide will contain pictures to help you visualise what your camera can do. All images in this guide were taken on an iPhone 8/11.

There are multiple things you should take into consideration before taking a picture

1. Make sure the lighting is good – don’t use the flash in natural light as it will lower the quality of the picture 
2. When taking photos use continuous burst or turn on Live Photo as this will help to capture the perfect moment 
3. Make sure the camera is in focus before taking the picture 
4. Rather than zooming in, physically move closer to the object as this will allow for a better quality picture 
5. Use the grid feature. This will help you position the camera to take a good photo Iphone – turn on the grid feature by going into settings and going onto picture its under the subtitle ‘composition’ Android – open the camera app go into settings and switch on the grid lines
6. If you are taking an image in the dark, use the dark mode on the camera and this will give you a better quality image
